This vintage Murano glass bowl, named "Cordonato d'Oro" or "Golden Rope," is credited to Ercole Barovier for Barovier & Toso and dates back to the 1950s.
Crafted from clear, hand-blown glass, it features a striking vertically ribbed design with embedded 24-karat gold flecks that intensify along the ribs to mimic a rope-like texture.
The bowl’s organic, scalloped silhouette is reminiscent of a blooming flower.
Created using the aventurine technique.
Bowl measures 26cm by 16cm with a height of 13cm and remains in pristine condition, free of chips, cracks, or hairlines.
