Originating from a renowned majolica firm established in 1861 in Podmokly near Děčín (then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire), the company was known for its decorative terracotta, faience, and majolica pieces reflecting popular 19th-century historicist styles.
Featuring a black-painted surface adorned with graceful patterns, the vase stands 41 cm tall, 27 cm wide, with a solid 18x18 cm base.
